$45-$210 for a 45-50 minute session. (Reduced Fee spots available, inquire for more information)
Sessions can be scheduled weekly or biweekly depending on your needs and goals.
I am an Out of Network Provider. If you have Out of Network benefits a claim can be submitted so that you can get reimbursed depending on your plan’s coverage. Check your benefits, all you need is your name, date of birth, insurance name, and member ID.
After our 15-minute phone consultation, we can set up an appointment and get started with the intake paperwork. You will receive the intake forms via email to fill out before your appointment. You will also receive a text message from Ivy Pay to set up your payment information. You will be able to access your appointment via Google Meet on a phone, tablet, or laptop/PC.
